The only thing that it reminded me of is Last Exile. Too bad it's not Range Murata's character, I love Range Murata's gals, sensual and sexy without needing a cleavage .

Either way, like I say, it has Last Exile vibes. Chivalry (though in this one it is pretty much broken), people's power (Kinda reminded me of Lavie when she shouted out "chivalry can go to hell!!"), total domanination (Delphie already got it, Vetti only just starting).

Maybe I'll like it? I dunno... Without characters like Lavie (and all her hothead and honesty), Claus (and all his naivety) and Alvis (with all her cuteness), there is not much of a pull factor. But storyline seems interesting enough, a bit on the serious side though (Michel's narrating a bit too... chivalarous ). Either way, need ep 2...

Somewhat of a slow first ep, but it happens i guess. Lots more explaining to come in ep 2 i think. Lil bit of an exile feel to it, need to wait tho to see who else shows up. Floating islands in space is an interesting concept tho. I'm thinking it'l be a more serious drama type than action/adventure.
