And it's completely impossible to change what they put in the series? Let's take a look at a few of the "minor" changes that have been made, shall we?
Saori in 1st Stage is only in the anime and not manga.
Natsuki in the Gas Station is only in the manga but she works in the Mickey D's in the anime.
Team Emperor in Myogi during the rain race
the girl Shiraishi (volumes 1 & 14-17) who is Papa's daughter
the Atsorou Skyline (volume 18 )
the Smiley Integra (volume 20)
Tsukamoto and his 180SX (volume 9-1 0)
Tsubame in (volumes 4 and 8 )

je, I am conscientious of the changes, but if you pay attention, these have been to shorten history and in no case to extend it. I would be happiest if the series continued by always 
pd. chapter 21 is sugoi ^^' |

The Skyline vs RX-7 race is one of the more exciting ID Stg.4 races so far. Though the AE86 is the star car of the show wish there were more eps featuring the RX-7 especially since it's been modified, with higher performance and the wide-body kit looks real cool  ! |

Yea, I just watched episode 24 and got the feeling that the Anime is over... is that so or is that just my imagination? |

| I'm pretty sure 24th was the end of 4th stage. They pretty much wrapped up everything that needed to be, even explaining what Takumi's going to be working on for the first few episodes of the next (5th?) stage. Can't wait to see next stage. |

no doubt that stage 4 is over! but i winder if there any OVA for this stage? and how sure are u that there is stage 5?

| they havnt beaten everyone yet so it cant end. Plus another reason why there will be stage 5 is, no sti racing yet i've been waiting for takumi to race in the sti since begining of 4th stage. |
