I'm interested in this... is the battle system real-time? Cuz I really liked Tales of Symphonia's battle system.

MAN i just can't wait for it...for everyone who has seen the preview...doesn't it look cool when sora transformed into valor (or was it something else?) and does crazy aerial combos. I also noticed that in the preview that when the heartless start going to sora, donald, and goofy in front of hollow bastian, i noticed that it changed and is like warped or something...anyone else see that?

KH-2 Update:

Release date for Japan is set in stone: December 22, 2005.

What does this mean for North American gamers? Not exactly good things. We all know it takes time for companies to localize games. This might mean we won't get to see Kingdom Hearts at Christmas time. However, I do wonder since they DID make a working english demo, that if they are working synonymous with the Japanese release and we shall see an American KH 2 release by Christmas.

Alas, nothing is set in stone for America yet. Christmas just won't be as bright without Kingdom Hearts 2. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to immerse myself in Zelda and Advent Children until then...

Oh and by the way, here's what's going to be on the intro of KH-2:

Walking this road,

To remake forgotten promises and meet you at roads end.

Faded Memories,
Reconstucted Memories,

all i is that although i'm a huge fan of the first one, and im definitely gonna buy the next one, i cna only hope that they don't put a load of corny "darkness" stuff in like the least time...

I mean it was cool every once in a while but it started to make me grit my teeth and roll my eyes and stuff towards the end... Confused

Doesn't it seem like it took a turn for a more mature audience though? I mean they based the color template on mostly darker colors (i.e. shades of dark blue, dark purple, black).

Well, according to Gamespot, the US release date is supposed to be sometime in March. Quite sad that I won't be able to enjoy my holidays kicking a little heartless ass. =(

Okay so I beat Kingdom Hearts and Chain of Memories... and I'm waiting for the long awaited Kingdom Hearts 2... how long will it take them hmm...

I've been to a few stores where they have it's official date as March 26, 2006....but we all know how often release dates change.....

kingdom hearts II was suppose to come out like dec 31, but for some reason they changed it to march. does anyone know why? because that was a huge letdown.

well it does take time to really translate the entire game to another language.... i cant wait to play it..my borther ordered the game online from japan so we will get it on christmas day... which is great and awful cause its all in japanese... i wont understand the story, which is one of the best parts to the game... i warned him... now this sucks!!!
