Is anybody interrested in the launch of Xbox 360 tonight ? Microsoft is going to officially show their new console on the TV (something new for a console manufacturer). So far, from what as leaked, we are looking at a very interesting console once again.

looks good, though i'd be more interested in the games that it will come out with the selling of the product

From what I read, some of the game looks promising to say the least :

- Perfect Dark Zero
- PGR 3
- Kameo

For Halo fans, there is even a rumor about Hale 3 within a year of launch.

I got this streaming video off Shaw Island. Zach says this Ourcolony.net promo is actually a lot better than the MTV special.

After watching it, I can say that they shrank it down in size but what the heck... water cooled CPUs? Furthermore they seem to be making it an online entertainment center. Just a personal preference but I really hope this is only a bonus feature instead of the main feature.

Nice going on the wireless but I hope they offer a feature to turn it off if people are luddite enough to go wired ( me!!! Razz

) Sometimes intereference and an unearthly tiredness of radiation flooding our air just make people want to go to the ground.

All said though, pretty good if the DOA4 screen captures elsewhere are take as evidence.

It features to the common gamer

-Wireless Controllers
-Internet Gaming (XBox Live)
-a Media Center (music + movies)
-Customizable Look

So far it looks great for both programmers and gamers.

heh, the most interesting thread to me is not replied to except by Frundock and Yebyosh because i'm sure all they will say is oh that's cool or awesome.

...just looks like a fast computer. Im personally tired of companies trying to put all these features int our consoles. Music, Messages, other crap I can't remember...Its just a computer. I want a console. If I wanted another computer, I would buy another computer. Not a game console.

I find it most interresting. As online play is getting to be a huge feature for all console (just look at the DS and PSP), the way Microsoft is implemanting it is quite interresting.

Imagine watching TV, a little bored, and in the corner, you reveive a game invite, same while watching a DVD. They want to create an entertain hub. You can still play game, the main purpose is still to play game, you just get to more out of the box.

i almost forgot about tonight.. thanks for the reminder.. yeah im soo intrested. i cant wait to see it. i wounder wat it looks like it. i want to get one. i really wish they would make a system thats for all..like ps2 + gc + xbox...everything all into one system...how sweet would that be
