What do you think about rap?

Me too. But I like some rap songs. For me heavy metal is too... noisy*Gasp!* (No offense)

although i agree that rap is kinda being the same, what makes rock any different. remember that old saying " sex,drugs and rock roll". whatever formula works to bring in money, works just like rock music. rock music sometimes to me sounds the same too, i hate the world, i hate this. Rock seem to have similar formulas itself. replace bass beats with guitar strums and replace someone talking with someone screaming kinda just seems to say, is rock any different and in the early stages of rap, it was placed under the category of rock so unless you understand both sides thoroughly, i say that it is better not to judge.

honesly, i dont really like rap songs. some of them i find feminist and a bad influence for little kids. one day i found my nephew yelling out the "N" word in our front yard, which got me pissed off cuz half of the people in my neighborhood are african american.

Well, personally I don't like rap. I dunno why. i just don't really like it. i don't really unserstand why ppl like it so much. rap music sounds weird to me.
