So you've heard from some guy ranting about this on IRC (Macer) and you're wondering what the fuss is about or you notice that an anime series of this title is coming up and you want some sneak peeks?

Snoopycool is actually translating the manga and you can download everything that's been translated so far (4 Volumes) at the URL below.

uh... no... I personally don't want to be involved in the oversubbing orgy that is called Midori no Hibi. A-E/Triad/Anime-Kraze are all confirmed groups that will be doing the anime, so look out for them.... All three are really good groups and have my respect =p We have some other, less mainstream series in mind currently ^^

Well snoopycool stoped translateing this as of a few days ago is anyone else doing it ? I really lilke the manga and would like to read more of it.

Also Anime-Kraze will not be Subbing this anime =( So it looks like I have to wait for A-empire

well the good thing is they are still doing it on IRC. I liked this manga so much that I decided to figure out to use IRC just to get this. ( tried it months ago and said screw it then deleted it lol )

Tank 6 came out Saturday. (Days 55-65) While it was enjoyable I am beginning to wonder if this series is going to turn into another forever-extended-due-to-anime-and-popularity-plus-pressure-from-the-editors-of-the-magazine-it-runs-in story. While the earlier volumes seem to have at least had something a little more shocking or revealing come out things really don't go anywhere in these 10 chapters. Lots of throwbacks to pervious stuff but nothing shocking either. While it was still very enjoyable I was hoping for a little more depth or some shocker to sink me into wanting the 7th tank to come out faster.

Granted not every tank has to have something like that to be good but I guess it just has me wondering. While the humor with the plot is plenty good I can see myself tiring of it fairly quickly if something bigger doesn't happen here soon.

It is also running serialised in some magazine (dunno which Razz

) and is up to day 71(?).

Day 70 It seems that now Midori is confused as to whether to go back to her body or not. On one hand, she gets to be with Seiji. On the other, the things that she used to hate, being lonely and ocstracised, have been disproved. Maybe the series would be winding up soon? (10-13 Tankoubon?)

This Day was just too disturbing for me...

Manga Day 71 Synopsis Seiji and his lackey saw that a bunch of Rin's followers have joined a dojo. On peeking, they see that the sensei was a cute girl (or so they thought) who seems inept in Karate/Judo. However it turns out this cute looking female is the 38-year old father of the tough brute that lurks around in the dojo. Rin's followers there have declared a unanimous love for this 38-year old male. They asked Seiji to come in and defeat the guy's son so that they can have a free reign to play with the father. The guy got sick of all this tomfoolery and decided to quit but later came back when his father challenged Seiji and got beat up terribly. Supposedly he got touched by his father's devotion to the dojo (because it is the 38-year old's wife's dojo) that he decide to come back. Day ends with Seiji suffering a homo-erotic nightmare from the fight.

While I am not going to peek at the spoiler <resist resist> it is good to hear that something (Whatever it is) is going to finally happen anyway... As long as it goes about changing things a bit then I am plenty OK with it. Tank 6 really turned me off. (Aside from the nice Gundam Homage in Days 63) So this is good to hear.

P.S. For those interested, (All 2 of you maybe tops) As it <should> state in the anime OP credits and as it does on each tank, Midori is currently serialized in Shounen Sunday Comics (English Sunday, katakana. Not nichiyobi.) :P
