Instead of making this thread titled "Super Smash Bros. 3" you titled it rumor but dedicated it to SSB3... Okaaaaaaaaaaaaay.........

I haven't heard any rumors of the game but I hope the character library doubles with characters that aren't so known (Like Plum from Mario golf and Waluigi from Mario Party and Poo from Earthbound and I hope we get to play with some animals as well). Any character suggestions?

Poo would kick ass, or mabey that crazy ass bee guy, but other than that, the character library doesn't really need much more. It seems massive enough to me right now. I only own the original Smash Bros, so I suppose that could be influencing my opinion, but I really don't think there are many other characters to fit in there. However, they could benefit more new/different moves.

i'm pretty sure it will come out, whether as a launch title or not, since it's probably one of the more popular series for nintendo. it just worries me that they don't even have the hardware to show for the revolution yet. if it becomes too differentiated and turns into a weird hybrid of systems, games like ssb might not have a future on it --;

I'm prety sure they will at leat double the character in SSB3. they did it the first time and i'm assuming they will do it again. they always add a variaety of caracters and keep the old one. Super Smash Bros. 3 is problably going online due to the fact that the first two were hige hits.

Well.. I hope to see some new characters! Like Vyse from SoAL and Loyd from ToS.. It would be cool to get Dart Revan from KotOR, but those games aren't on a Nintendo platform, wich is a shame!

if they do double the characters its going to be hard to have everybody equal and not have 3 or more broken characters =/

but i hope that they will have a lot more characters and that they would be intersting characters. I also hope that they stop making clones (even though "clones ARE different it would just be better if everybody had they're own indivigual move set).

its gonna suck cuz i would want the revolution just for this game but the ps3 will come first...

i also doubt that they'll make it online if they do tho **** the ps3 lol and i doubt it becuz in ssb the whole point about the game play (or high level game play) is that the least bit of lag can make a BIG difference.

heres what i have learned.
smash bros melee 3 will feature
online play for smash bros 3,melee, and 64.
A hard drive which will allow people to download roms into it so you can play nintendo games from 64 and below for like a 1 a game.
Everything will be wireless.
thats about it.

i only find out all this good stuff about smashbros melee because i am pretty much into the competitive gaming world of smash. My bro sephirothken and i travel to smash tournments all over when we have time heh.
