my brother has an account which i play for him...seriously lvling is sooooo hard now.../sob...his knight is soooo close to lvl 99 that is's sad...not much people play any more...only about 3000 play now, well on chaos server that is...it use to be like 8000 people playing until they started charging 13 bucks a month...

Well, I love to play RO. Smile

Its fun to have a guild and lvling together, huntinf MVP and fighting in the WOE. The WOEs are really great, very exciting!!
My favorite class are the monks, I like play with them! Combo! Combo! Azura!!! Smile

And one of the thing that I like about RO is that you assign your stats points. That gave the possibility of making diferents builds for a same class. Like the Azura Monk or the Combo Monk, the Support Priest or the Magnus Exorcist Priest and so.

I gave up because of how easy it was to build your character "wrong", and because of botting.

Character building was designed in error in that game. There should've been a way to reassign stat points, just like WoW and DAoC have. Instead, you have to have a clear idea of what you want your stats to be right from level 1 in order to be the strongest possible later on.

There's no reason for this. WoW specialized by using "talents." For a substantial fee, you could have all your talent points unassigned, and put them back however you wanted. DAoC had "specialization." Once every ten to twenty levels, you could respec-- unassigning your points, and letting you put them back some other way.

And botters just suck.

i love this game so much weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. so what private servers do you guys play on? i play on a 3k/3k/?? server(its ?? because they had to lower the drop rate because they turned off autoloot. im not sure what it is now) and a 5/5/3 low rate server sometimes. then i play on a like 5k/5k/ something beta server with my Uber L337 254 wiz weeee

Well, if you play on private servers, almost all of them offer stat and skill resets, I'm not sure about the international server (iRO). I got bored of RO so I moved on to other things... Razz

i play on a private server. they let u have skill and stat reset, auto-learn skills taht you must acquire through questing, and auto job changers without going through any hassle. they have free warp npcs, and all this other cheap stuff that i don't think exists in the paid version.

i find that those things suck out hte fun of the game sometimes, and just turn it into a simple hacking char building game.

wow private servers has it easy...my gosh...i wish i played the private server instead...but any ragnarok online game is good enough for me!
