Has anyone read this manga? Can anyone enlighten me on the ending?

Just finished this manga series recently, and I have to say, this one is truly a masterpiece, in both the story, and its style!

the ending is like that Nausicaa use the God warrior to destroy the holy crypt of shrwa (sorry if i mispelled:P) and that Lupa died T_T.

I forget the exact ending. Its been 2 years since ive read the manga. But if im right. I think it was implying that humans have the ability to save themselves. Its the usual themes of killing human kind or trusting us with the future, kinda thing. I thought nausicca did this theme the best

argh!! can you guys please use spoiler tags cause ive only finished reading the first volume (of 5). i downloaded a torrent of the english translation and there's 5 volume instead of 7. i think the first three were combined. it took all my will power to stop myself from reading your posts lol

its great so far. there are so many things covered in the manga which the movie just skims over...and some great sequences just ignored. i love the way Miyizaki draws. its weird how Nausicaa actually looks younger and shorter in the 2nd and 3rd volumes than she did at the beginning of the 1st volume. i wonder if Miyizaki drew her like that on purpose...

i cant believe so little people have posted here. cmon! theres got to be more people how have read Nausicaa

edit: now im nearly finished im reading Issue 7 from Volume 5. So much has happened. i need some time to process. this definitely deserves a second reading.
