I think that Kagura from Fruits Basket is very funny. She always ends up hurting Kyo even though she loves him.

That along with Shigure laughing at Toru (sp?) when they stumble across the tent. Then he goes onto laugh for the next 5 minutes and I couldn't help but laugh as well, espeically with the arrow pointing at him.

i think though, I'll go with Randoh/Yuna from Pretty Face. Facial expressions always make me laugh the hardest, and that manga definitely had some great ones.

I agree with the others when they mention GTO. Onizuka has made me laugh more times than any other series. Just the way that dude can distort his face, and he can be so disgusting at time. LOL. Hell, the only reason he got a job as a teacher in the first place was to pick up high school girls (though, he gets out of that phase eventually.) But yeah, GTO for the win.
