anyone knows a movie thats abit lyke of lastEXILE???

I need help, I last saw this anime movie on StarMovie, its a 3d anime thats related to vanship and war, charter wise is about a kid too... related to wind, the boy was a "cloudmaster" if i recall right, they have a white suit wif wing... n a vanship pilot.... i really need help on the movie title...

But let me see if I got it right, it`s quite confusing................. U`re looking for a movie, that was about a war, and they had a vanship, white suit with wings, a vanship pilot and there was a boy, related to wind and he is a cloudmaster?
Is there anything else U remember? How old do U think this movie is? 80s, 90s, after 2000?
