I didn't like this show too much. I thought that the ending was too ambiguous.

Yeah iv got the boxed series. I thought it was a pretty good series but i don't think i could sit down and watch the whole think again. It seem to miss something that kept you from wanting more. Gene was cool, but i thought the ending was a little disapointing though.

My two favorite episodes are the one where Gene gets stuck on the planet jail thing with increased gravity and uses the magnets to get off and the one where they have to stop the actually fake bomb from going off.

Sazuka kicks but.

I have the anime on DVD i havent finnished whatching it yet ,, but the manga is linceced by Viz and should start comeing out soon Smile

I remember that show was one of the first anime i used to watch other than DBZ, Gundam Wing, and Sailormoon. I liked Gene a lot but i used to get annoyed of Melfina because she was so innocent even though she was supposed to be because how she was made. I liked that show most of the time but sometimes some episodes weren't too great for me and i thought they were just "filler" shows because it didn't seem that they had much of a purpose. But that show is one that i will most likely remember for a while.

I remember back a while ago when it aired on cartoon network but at that time i wasnt really into anime so i never watched it. as I started to recognize anime more i finally bought the whole series at my first convention about 6 months ago and totally love it. I watched the whole thing the weekened I got back from the convention and have to say it one of my favs.
