I haven't seen the movie yet, but my boyfriend said that it was the most orgasmic animation he had ever seen. I saw bits and pieces of it, and it did look very impressive.

I only read the manga a long time ago. I think the robot is pretty awesome. but I don't really like the storyline.

I don't know anything about the manga or much about Appleseed, but from what I saw in the movie... I liked. It was visually entertaining. I can't believe how natural the movements of the characters were. And the style's done in such a way so that it's VERY original. I've recommended this movie to a couple of my friends.

Seen it. I hate it. I love it. At the same time. Story was interesting, but those graphics been a bit wired. And i love mecha's.

I think Appleseed 2004 is much better than its predecessor in ’94. Its plot is faithfully connected to manga, and of course has done more seriously. The battle scene with giant spider mechas also have more dramatic values, which is make this movie great.

lol ya i agree i saw this movie and it was awsome! but i find the robots look like bunnies... kinda weird.. but besides that like i said.. AWSOME

It was good for 2004, but GitS 2 came out and blew the animation apart. Apple Seed was done by using actors and drawing over them. It probably made the English Dub suck since correcting the lips would be too difficult.

The story is not rememorial.

the story line the appleseed movie was really good. but i dont like the graphics. the characters move like robots. it really sucks. it would have been good if they presented it the traditional way.

The whole girl + robot thingy doesn't work with me. It is kind of depressing that the maker weren't able to develop the romance side so well. But, hey, its a good movie.
