I made this pick of Inu Yasha, I hope you like it. Comments are welcome (good or bad) as long as you explain why. This is the only way I'll improve. Thanks

as a novice, good. something about this picture looks "right". face is nice.
but if im to be more criticizing, i'd say you have a lot of areas that are in need of improvement. body and form, clothing, folds, and maybe hair (but i think hair's okay for now) _________________ GG |

I like it!^^
Hm.. maybe his neck and wrist are too thin^^ but that could also your style of Art. Maybe you could also work a bit more in the clothes and maybe if you improved your shading skills then would look even better. Beyond that it look very good!^^
Keep up the good job and I also want to see some more Art of yours! XD |

I thought it was good...
Practice is great. Try breaking it down into shapes. |

I really like it. I'm curious to where his other hand is.
Keep it up. |

the face is kind of small, and there are some errors in the cloth, shape of the body, the sword and in the hand, i mean, in everything, but they're not major errors... the drawing is good for a novice
I used to draw like this when i started, some parts of the body were bigger or smaller than they should be and the cloth was a bit bad...
this site will help you a lot, at least it helped me http://drawsketch.about.com/gi/dynamic/offsite.htm?zi=1/XJ&sdn=drawsketch&zu=http://www.howtodrawmanga.com/tutorial/tutorial.html i'm not sure if the site is working, my internet is kind of slow right now and it is taking a lot of time to open the website...[/url] |
