Uh... no. They never confirmed what war young Scar was involved in. The insinuation was that since the only war ever prominently mentioned was the Isshuvaru War. Scar's flashback interestingly never showed or mentioned the other combatants.

As for the other guys;
Greed mentions that 130 years have passed but he isn't exactly specific as to what he means by it. Could be that 130 years have passed since there has been a situation like the present one. Or he could really mean that 130 years have passed since he has been free. It's too ambiguous to pinpoint anyone's age just yet. |
When you have just been freed from a prison and the first thing you mentioned is the time that had passed without a specific reference, it is 99.9999999% certain that you are refering to the time you spent imprisoned.
Actually my whole post was to discuss the possible plot hole if the anime crew carried out the conclusion as indicated by their overt hints. However thinking about it, it is very likely they are playing with our minds |

Well, since Scar is of Isshuvaru decent, he was invovled in a war, and he was shoked when he found out that some of the Isshuvaru survived the war, I too believe that the war flashbacks Scar had were of the Isshuvaru war.
Episode 23:
This was certainly an interesting episode. Not much action happened but it was very interesting non the less. I really didn't expect Ed to be so "passive" during the Al incident. This leads me to believe that some of Al's memories are in fact false. |

No time during that ep did i think Al's memories were false. I think he stayed quiet because of the was his little brother was accusing him of creating him for his own purposes. He even lashed out at Winry. Also, Ed was thinking that his brother felt betrayed by the events at the prison. so it could be even more of a shock to hear Al's real problem.
I think his trying to hold on to Al at the end of the ep was his way of expressing his emotions without words (since that was brought up with Hughes). We'll see what happens.
Anyway, that what was up with that whole milk thing? Cows were flying all over . I was dyin _________________ [IMG:508:164:6c8e3c695e]http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p252/inqArk/Original_sig.jpg[/img:6c8e3c695e] |

That was a play of the manga authors "avatar" of sorts. Everytime he creates art for the series or signs an autograph he throws a little cow head wearing glasses on there like the ones you say flying in the anime. The cows were just kind of a tribute/joke of sorts I guess. Played out pretty well though if you ask me.
No wonder you are so short Ed! Drink your moo-juice! |

Episode 24. Spoilers below.
I was wondering when did the Army get so tough and elite. Too bad those are mercenaries, it'd be nice to see more competent soldiers who can shoot straight and aren't just 'cannon foddler'
But looks like we have a new villain? Someone within the Military, I'm guessing that weird lady that was with Colonel Fuller before. |

| I didn't care much for episode 24. I thought it would give a lot more focus to the Al + Ed situation. It was also filled with far too many "lame" moments. |

Well, yeah ep 24 was sorta lame but it was ok just the same.
Anyway from what u said Kai, i don't think that woman is part of the military. Seems to me that she's that Shapeshifting homoculus (forgot the name) which is taking the form of an official she killed. Only way i can think of explaining how her arm became that liquid and since we saw how that character had already assumed the shape of another official to make things crazy. _________________ [IMG:508:164:6c8e3c695e]http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p252/inqArk/Original_sig.jpg[/img:6c8e3c695e] |

Note on the spoiler page (for Yebyosh's eyes only)
What you have as "Waes" should be "Maes"... The name is "Maes Hughes", and if you look carefully that can indeed be an M
Anyway, a very shocking scene indeed. |

So anyone enjoyed my spoiler previews for this episode?
Anyone got the sniffles or bawl out like little girls?
Let's see if anymore such situations in the series come out. Really like these scenes
On a brighter note, Izumi-san is coming into the show soon. That will be a real good arc then |

Aww man, ep 25 is def one of the best eps of the series. I've read the manga up to chapter 15 so i knew what was going to happen so i was sorta prepared ... The humor is always done well despite the serious background. Good ep. _________________ [IMG:508:164:6c8e3c695e]http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p252/inqArk/Original_sig.jpg[/img:6c8e3c695e] |

omg, thruout that end bit i had shivers go up and down my spine, and there was a lump in my throat :'(
Although I knew this was coming from the manga, i only read as far as to give some hope that he might still be alive, but now the anime has just cemented in my fears _________________
