For the realistic looking ones, I'd have to go with Gantz, the detail in the characters' facial traits is so high that you could imagine every single one of them in real life.
For the more fantasy-ish ones: my personal favorite for nice looking scenes and well detailed artwork is Samurai Deeper Kyo (in the latter volumes to be precise, I'm at vol. 20 here). The visual angles are original, the frame setup is pretty dynamic, and Kyo's grin isn't something I'm getting tired of, even though I see it 10-20 times per volume (except for the first one). |

i think one piece manga is a masterpiece. The story is so amazing with the plot is always move along with it's character. imost like the humor in that manga. Naruto, Bleach, ichigo also are worth to read. |

| I tend to find that most of Takahashi Rumiko's work is pretty good. Same with Gantz and GTO. Not only are the characters for these series drawn well, but also the backgrounds and everything else have a lot of detail. |

For realism, Vagabond stands top. Same artist as Slam dunk.
And second comes death note. The details are just amazing.
Gantz is good too. Then there's this chinese manhwa called ravages of time.
These ones just stand above the rest. Ichigo 100% and I''s are up there too.
The worst I've seen so far is HunterxHunter. I mean it seems like the mangaka did it in an hour or so to complete his manga. Can't believe its the same person who drew Yu Yu Hasuko years ago. |

| I like the ones that aren't true manga, but actual books with pictures occasionally. They are generally better quality: Vampire Hunter D and Trinity Blood for example. |
