Of course I like the 2nd gameplay too...
We can keep pummeling the enemy as long as we know their weakpoint, and after breaking them, wolla! Kos-Mos will do her job kicking the enemy to the air and then continue with boosting attacks...
another factor that makes the 2nd battle system good is Erde Kaiser Fury...he even can dealt over 10000 damage at certain enemies.. |

XenosagaII murdered KOS-MOS and MOMO.
It looks like they based their models on some cosplaying real person...
Trying to make KOS-MOS's face realistic is just ghastly. Have you ever seen a cosplayer with red eye contacts that looks good? Red eyes and blue hairs just do NOT work in real life. Oh and no offense to any people with albinism about red eyes.
Now the new models in XenosagaIII looks promising. ;3 _________________ [IMG:258:200]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v435/ypark/sigs/3fsn.png[/img] |

true i was sooo relieved when i saw the pics.
its not identical of ep 1 but they were able to make a makeover that looked good on both shion and kosmos.

Xenosage is so disapointing when comparted to Xenogears (for those of you who don't know Xenosaga is a kindof Spiritual sequal to Xengears my favorit game of all time) Even the first one wasn't that good, it felt horrible incomplet and just not cool the story dosn't seem goin anywere good it's kinda sad.
But seriously did anyone else feel like not very much happened in Xenosaga 1? |

actually xenosaga is a prequel. it happens 10000 years before xenogears.
however i felt that the first one was very good and thiere was a lot of plot. (wait a minute you sayin there is no plot in xenosaga, were you even playing the whole game?) it has about 8 hours of cutscenes how could it have no plot?.
they were able to introduce 6 different characters and thiere backgrounds (well most of it) and it goes very deep into thiere characters (pain suffering joy...)
anyway i came to say that for all who don't know they released the jap trailer for the third game. you can see it at gamespot. however there is a warning, if you see it you will want to play it right away. and as they didn't even give a release date for it this is not what you want.
i'm already a lost cause have to play third...have to know rest of story...have to see who t-elios is....have to oops spoilers there _________________ there's no impossible, only people who are too weak to do it. |

Im with you minette. I have been a Xeno-fan since 1998, when Xenogears came out. I am a MANIAC for it. I read the novel, perfect works, fan fics, everything. I saw that trailer about a month ago I think. I was going CRAZY with joy and depression say in after that when I realized that I would not play it for at least another year and a half.
I also thought the first was very good. As well as the second one. It had really long cutscenes like Xenogears did. Of course its not in competition with Xenogears as far as gameplay is involved, but still, it was a worthy prequel. Same thing goes with the second game. In fact I liked the 2nd one better than the first.
I LOVE KOS-MOS's and Shions charcter designs this time around. But Ziggy has not changed.... lol _________________ Miku Miku!!

you could just purchase the DVD of Xenosaga Episode 1 if you can find it on Ebay or something. It contains all the cutscenes from Ep. 1 combined into 1 big movie. I got it when I special ordered Ep. 2. Or you could watch the Xenosaga anime. _________________ Miku Miku!!

That sucks eisen. I would be mad too. That is why I could never live in a town without a Best Buy. Not sure if you have one in Sweden, but here they sell everything that I buy. CD's, Appliances, TVs, Computers, all videogames, DVDs, AND they sell anime. _________________ Miku Miku!!

Does that mean you live in either Canada or US? That's the case for me living in Canada. Canada and US almost always have same release date for everything from electronics, movies, and games. They should just combine Canada and US and make one super country: United Continent of America! _________________ [IMG:258:200]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v435/ypark/sigs/3fsn.png[/img] |

| Ok I just spent about 5 hours watching the dvd of Xenosaga 1 and played Xenosaga 2 for about 3 hours... man that dvd was long. Thought that it was longer then that since the anime stopped at the same place, felt like there still was alot to cover in the first game. Then again that's what the second game is for I guess. |
