hey, i hve 11 points, so im supposed to be able to get in lvl 3 manga, but when i go it still says i need 10 points to look at it, wuz goin on

Because your profile is updated once a week on the manga server. Since you made 9 of your last points (posts) in the last hour, it's normal that it hasn't been updated yet.

Also feel free to read the information on the manga server :
