I have noticed, naruto are for geeks.

recently, in highschool i noticed a anime club, however all they do is watch naruto?, this guys are seniors and juniors, i saw some of club memebers out waiting for ride, they were singing naruto songs on guitar, i mean these asians dudes and some white guys, singing naruto songs on japanese, i'm like....no offense however , i dont get why naruto is so popular, for me its a 7th grade anime, i still watch for the heck of it, since i watched from many years ago, 2/3 of the naruto club memebers are abnormal, or lives in a 4d world. i want anime to be like fma, short, amazing,(by its knowledge in chemistry) i mean this anime was somewhat educational, prince of tennis, that made me play tennis.these guy wears those bandanas of naruto. All you naruto lovers, i know for sure, either a 6th or 8th grader, if you are over that. get a LIFE(i said naruto LOVERS)

Fudge you. Naruto is good. Now I could understand why you would be upset that the fact that the "anime club" gives all of their time to Naruto, but there is no reason to get bent out of shape. I have never been to a school that has had an anime club. Brush off the hate man, brush off the hate.

there is nothing wrong about dressing up in cosplay, more interesting then being lke everyone else

heh, i kinda know what you mean but if you think about it this really isn't the place to say that lol. but seriously if they're doing that its their problem, if they like naruto or are obsessed with it its their choice and their taste in anime, even though they may look like geeks. They might even BE geeks but its how they have fun and they might not look normal or act cool but its just how they are. just like how you are, you might be into baseball and your in a team that might be "normal" and since the "cool" look or w/e isn't to dress up like a anime character that's just the opnion that most people have but others find that cool so just try to over look it and if it bothers you that much (im not saying it does im saying IF) then ask them why they're acting like such geeks or w/e maybe they'll give you a answer.

Hey, I'm 23 and I like Naruto. I'll never proclaim it's the best show ever, I did rate it 7 in the reviews. However, it has some qualities. If Prince of Tennis made you want to play Tennis, I hope Naruto made you want to never give up your goals.

With that said, I too would wish for people to watch different types of shows. Naruto is indeed insanely popular for a show that has yet to air on television in N.America. I would just like for some people to go and watch some great shows that lacks the cover of Naruto.

Just because you think Naruto is geeky doesn't mean only geeks watch it! There are tons of reasons why it's one of the best manga/anime series ever! Maybe you would like it too if you just gave it a chance! It's no surprise that's it's so popular... I mean I watch it and read it all the time. Currently I'm anxiously waiting for chapter 263 to be translated! I HAVE to know what happens! Yes, I'm a Gaara dork! But he is my lover, seriously! Laughing

as i expected dude, you are asking to be flamed when you make that remark dude... so what if they like naruto... heck i even know someone who watch naruto and ONLY naruto...

the point of the matter is: it is their LIFE, it is their MATTER... you could say all you could but i dont think that would change the facts though... well if people asked me why do i like watching animes, i ask them back why did they like watching football? or formula 1? or american football...

and to claim naruto is for geeks... well that is really immature IMHO... i guess you only see the ones who are truly obsessed with it, or the ones who watched naruto and ONLY naruto then... coz i got two brothers: age 27 and 23 and they watch naruto, and yakitate, and samurai champloo... and they arent geeks though Very Happy

So, just because Naruto is extremely popular and soon-to-be mainstream, only geeks watch it? What an incredibly immature and pseudo-elitist statement. People watch it because they like it. It's the same for any other type of anime. Personally, I don't watch Prince of Tennis because I'm not really into sports animes (hey, you must be a dumb jock!), but others like that genre. Who are you to judge someone based on their preferences? Live and let live. Once you get older, you'll realize that your ideas on what's good and what's not don't really matter because everyone has their own preference, you little brat.
