Getbackers, do you like it or not?

Hello, people. Well, I haven't seen any thread about Getbakcers, so figure I should make one.

Anyway, do you like Getbackers? Why or why not? I like it a lot, becasue the soty itself is interesting and funny, and there are tons of actions in it, too!

Personally, I love the Getbackers. It's sooo funny! And I can get my action fix with it, too.

its.... ok...

i just started watching recent;y and its not that bad.... except for the original concept ( as in retrieval agents) its just another ordinary fight anime

it doesn't really do much for me... nothing special to distinguish it from other animes

The special thing about get backers is the comedy it has that comes along with the action... it's really different, i love when it switches the mini characters for a second of comedy....

But I will agree, the story gets predictable.

i agree, i think that get backers is a really nice anime. the story line is nice, and pretty interesting. i wish the stories were all connected though. some of the episodes were just standalones while others had the continuous story going on, and i didn't like how there were those stand alone episodes

when i started watching it i thougth it was quite good and liked it but for some reason i got booring Sad

and other series got more interesting.

I LOVE Get Backers! Kazuki is my favourite character, he's lovely Very Happy

The storyline is very interesting and I love shows where the characters have special powers of some kind (E's Otherwise & Scryed spring instantly to mind!).

GetBackers is ok I think.... cool anime with cool characters..
I like Dr. Jackal the most coz he is weird and blood lust....
Anyway, about Getbackers... the storyline is good but it lacks of fighting...
Whenever they fight, it alwasy doesn't give the fullest....
The best fight I've seen so far was when the needle guy(I forgot his name, what I know is that he is Kazuki best friend) fight with his ex-member (a tall guy without any special abilities but really good in fighting)..... its like watching Dragonball(just my opinion)

I liked the series a lot. It was nicely thought out, beautifully animated, action packed and funny. The only thing I had a problem with was the ending, which I'm not going to post about because it would be spoilerish.

The story was so so until not even quite half way through, then it just became lame. I didnt find it funny, and it ended up being a waste of time watching it.

I find it quite hard to imagine people who actually don't like Getbackers! The story is great, the jokes are good, the characters are cool, what more do they expect?

It's very entertaining.

I'm currently watching on anime network and it pisses me off everyweek a new episode isn't added.

Usually any good show where there are people w/supernatural powers interest me... cool nicknames too
