if you're talking about r1 dvds, adv already released teh first volume. i bought it on an impulse.
honestly, it was really disappointing. the quality overall wasn't very good. the vid quality wasn't much different compared to tv-rip encodes that were used in fansubbing. the audio was ok. and the whole thing is freakin PINK!!!
the whole feel that adv gives off about the show is that it's a whole crime fighting show. i mean, on the cover of the first dvd, it has the characters in poses that look like they're about to pull off some magic and fight off evil-doers. >=|
i would save your money if i were you on this one. but adv did ok job on rahxephon and noir (other dvds i got by them).
the job on kaleido star dvd just plain sucks ass imo.
kstp subs > adv

Who did the translations for Kaleido star?
I noticed a few 'weird' sentences here and there which didn't make too much sense.
One of the major sentences I noticed was "Carlos fired someone for making a puppy face" I don't know Japanese and the english sentence didn't make too much sense to me. Hopefully someone can clear this up =)
Sora dancing on the beach yelling YATTA was just too funny.

KS is just too much of a cool anime for me to worry about small things like that sentence kai just enjoy it with out thinking too much 
On the other hand I woulda thought puppy-face would be similar to making bambi-eyes and pleading/crying to get ur way, whihc i could see would annoy carlos, possibly enough to make him fire some1

| Hey can anyone help me find a way to get a torrent for the WHOLE kaleido Star? Well i did get a torrent but came to find that it was english dubbed and i didn't like it as much as english subs. So if you can find a way to download the whole season with english subs and let me know that would be awesome! Thanks! |

Hey, thanks for trying to give me a site to download the full season of Kaleido Star in english subs but that site didn't work, it said there was an error. If anyone else finds something please let me know! thanks....
i watched just the first episode and i love it so i want to continue on with the season. |

| I finally got the series and watched the whole thing in like 4 days. I was surprised how much the anime drew me into it. But it was an awesome anime and i enjoyed it very much. It's one of my favorites now but when i got to episode 52 OVA i was upset because i didn't want it to end. I was glad the ending wasnt horrible but i kind of wish that they would have showed a little more about Rosetta becoming more of a star. Also i would have liked to see Ken express himself more, with Sora lol. Otherwise, this show truely rocks and i hope you guys get a chance to see it!! |

irc is the fastest way to get this series
the torrent takes almost forever =.="
anyway, this is one of my fav anime =)
i'm impatiently waiting for the 2nd and 3rd OVA to be released...
I found the 1st OVA too short though, not really satisfying =(
oh well, i hope they make a 2nd season although i highly doubt it.
But i still prefer Sora to be the main character even though i like Rosetta as well |

Is there really going to be a 2nd and 3rd OVA?? If there is then im pumped for it because i too believe that it didn't end on the right foot. Yea a second series would kickass but i doubt it too. But this series was popluar and liked by most so i dont see why they wouldn't want to make another series! This show is amazing and i found myself sitting on the edge of my seat at times!!!

| Does Kaleido Star end with ONE OVA? I hope they have another season or at least more OVA's. THe season was too good to end it there even though it was 51 episodes with 1 OVA. |

there's a 2nd and 3rd OVA, its supposed to be released this year, but i haven't heard any news about it though. The 3rd OVA is about Layla and her story about the Golden Pheonix. Not sure what the 2nd OVA will be about though. |

Thanks sk1des..... that made my day. It's good that they are going to talk about layla's past with the Golden Pheonix. But i've kinda wanted to know about Ken's past and how good he was. Have you heard if there's going to be another season? |
