Most retarded one that I stopped watching was probably Genshiken. I just don't like it.
I can't say something like Pokemon because one commercial of "pikachu" and I vowed never to watch it.

| For the most part I refuse to watch anything after its been dubbed by 4kids... How ever befor hand for the most part I don't really have any problem with the anime they have "dubbed"... |

i have to agree with ensign451 on this one pokemon is the worse anime ever made its the same thing every episode. they meet new ppl see new pokemon and team rocket tries to steal pikachu theres no change!
pokemon could have been awsome if you added lots of gore, violence, and some profanity
make the pokemons all demon looking and shit and instead of fainting they kill each other and if a trainer looses you absorb his part of his soul making i stronger, and the winning pokemon eats the loosing pokemons heart or something!

Azumanga Diaoh. Someone told me I should watch it so I got the first 5 episodes and watched them...2 hours of my life I'm never going to get back. And if you are a violent and short tempered person don't watch this, because its stupidity will piss you off to no end.

I think people are missing the point, the question was the most restarted anime, not the worst anime, or the worst story line, thats my $0.02 though.
but anyway the most retarted anime I've ever seen was "The Ping Pong Club"
I wouldn't say it was the worst anime I've seen, but it definintly was the most restarted one I've seen.~~~ And to those that have seen it I leave you with this.~~~
