I meant for this to be about morals but feel free to comment on anything

| I like him to start out not so good, leaves (for training, etc.), and come back with a whole new look and attitude. |

You don't want to watch them grow into a stronger, better person? |

| Ultimately "Good" but I just love the heroe's with a dark streak, whether it's to their personality or maybe their past. |

I have to agree with you there! Also strong and able to protect
I have a set ideal for male lead roles: handsome, caring, romantic (but only to one girl!), strong but with a slender type physique! He also has to be interesting, as it wouldn't matter if he were all the above things, if he were boring |

Tuxedo Mask?
seriously, the difference between the anime and manga section of the same poll has been the difference between shojo and shonen. This forum deals with the bad good boy and now the topic turns to romance. Its brother has had votes for all 5 levels of hero including the violent and the intolerably moral, and the topic has recently come to include hentai heroes typical of the fanservice works popular among young men. As I post the number of votes are exactly eleven on either side. So why does such a definable difference exist between manga and anime forums? |

| My favorite hero would have a balance of everything. I don't want him/her straying off to a certain category that might seem overdone. |

A "good" hero in my point of view would be a good guy with flaws, or a "dark side". like vegeta. _________________ "You can always die. It's living that takes real courage." ~Kenshin Himura

| Is it just me, or ... are all your heros guys? What can't there be heroines? LoL.. well if it is a guy... he should be honest, independant, strong and not without flaws.. because that wouldn't be realistic... and he really shouldn't abide by the rules all the time.. some of them are meant to be broken.. but a good guy at heart - not too heroic.. haha |
