Yep this manga is pretty long. Currently volume 49 have been realeased i think Rolling Eyes

ok i want to clear something up. is the manga different from the anime or what? because i've been reading the manga and

SPOILERS: the tengu, where somebody would die on a really high place and they were being hung but they didn't get know how they got there and it was because they used the water to go up and then break a hole and it would go out END SPOILERS

SO...i downloaded the anime and i THINK, im not 100% sure that it was the same case but the way that they hung the person was different so, can u please tell me if the manga and anime differientiate, and if they do when do they start being different, because i would like to get the best of both worlds, if they aren't different then can somebody tell me what episode is it when

and i love it that this manga is very long, it is making up for death note as a thinking manga. lol i really like this series so i don't care and i promote that it takes as long as it wants to end, even though it kinda makes me wonder is there a main plot? but then i remember that there is lol.

it is very long but if you think about it it has 40+ volumes, and the anime is 400+ episodes...now if anybody knows hajime no ippo, it has 76+ volumes but they stopped at volume 35 with 75 ep. and 2 movies, makes you wonder how many episodes they would have right now, i love hajime no ippo i can't believe they stopped the anime...its just not as popular as naruto or bleach but it should be.
