Great manga especially since I dont really like these romance mangas. It had a lot of drama and conflict which kept it interesting through the whole thing. Also the main character had a different feel to him.

this manga is the first series that i read it completely it's ok for me but sometimes look likes it's too slow on story but you see its anime yet? one volume in one files... too fast on story

Oooohh, I love this manga. The best manga i've ever read, I just love the story and character development... although i dont remeber most of it cause i haven't read it in a while... but yeah i just love this manga.

Anyway, I love this series. The only romance series I love more than this is Ichigo 100%. What I like about this series is the art and of course, the plot line. The art is really realistic. I simply love it. The ending is also good. All the characters are loveable especially Iori. Hard to believe there is an idol that is down to earth like her nowadays. I mean, she is not arrogant or selfish at all. Quiet the opposite of what "usually" idol will behave.

I will definitely recommend this series to anybody who is not turned off by romance manga .

I want to first thanks lTlolMlmlYl for telling me where to find I"s manga. Second, I would like to hear your opinions of why I"s is such a good romance manga?

Men!, to tell the truth it pissed me a lot (so much that i really wanted to puch something but i controlled myself because it was 1am at the night and i didn't want to break the monitor). That main character (i am so pissed that i do not remember his name), he does not have anything of a man. He cannot do anything right. At the very last moment that he is determined to do something good, he had to screw everything up.

The parts that pissed me the most were when he was easy to be controlled by anyone. When his girlfriend's manager told him to break up he did what that woman said. When the main character was determined to take his girlfriend back, he lied to her and broke up. Come on! Can a man do that right after his girlfriend tells him that they have been tricked the whole time and they didn't know. (the letters that his girlfriend sent him and he did not receive).

Men it is disgraceful to mention that guy as a part of "man's society". I know that he is considerate with her dreams and all. But if that man really loves her, the first thing in his mind should be taking a step further in the relationship and no way to break up. Love should be so strong that no matter the circumstances, it would not break the bonds apart (unless so kind of unavoidable situations but not this one). Unavoudable situations like no other choice because if i don't my love will die is accepted but they could have continue to go out and still work in the media in another company after all she was famous already. What is that thing being manupulated by the others.

Ah!!! I am so pissed that i want to post this in the most distubing manga ever read topic. Please, tell me what so good about it...

Well I've read few posts about comparing it between Ichigo 100% and I"s. Actually i feel that Ichigo 100% is more interesting and realistic than I"s.

I read some people said that Ichigo 100% was too much of comedy. It is true that it had a lot of comedy but I"s was worse. It is true that is started as a comedy in the begining but it was a good entrance to entertain the readers. I"s did not have a good entrance though. Also when Ichigo 100% started the romance theme in the storyline (about the one hundred something chapter or the climax) it was seriouslly debated and expanded. However, in I"s, no matter what the situation was the guy will always daydream about the girl he was with (it is worse than the comedy in ichigo 100%, it is less serious).

Actually I feel like Ichigo 100% was better because it was more sentimental (even though it was only at the end), i cried over and over. Also I always cry in Ichigo 100% everytime i read the part when the main character had to reject his first love. The author in Ichigo 100% knows how to entertain and not annoy the reader with the comedy (not like I"s that annoyed me for the ever repeating daydreaming situations).

Something interesting i read was that maybe i think people prefer I"s because Ichigo 100% was not serious enough with the girls? In Ichigo 100% the main character cannot decide which girl to be with which makes it less serious? But to tell the truth it is something serious especially for men. There are times were men are stuck for which one i love the most and don't want to hurt the others because he also likes the other girls. Men can fall in love with various girls but serious men will just chose only one of them and that is what Ichigo 100% was about.

I"s was about inferiority and superiority complex because the main character's girlfriend was a famous super star. But it pissed me of that he could not be manly enough and led his relationship be controled by other people. In addition, it also pissed me a lot at the begining when he always fought with his girlfriend (by that time they weren't boy/girlfrined) and yet he was chasing her? Seriously, did he really love her at that time?

Well it was good that he did decide not to give up at the end of the story. And decided to chose faith for his love instead chosing of Asoi or sometimes called Isoi (translations problems). Actually Isoi and and the main character were perfect match, same personality, life harhness situations and the one that was able to encourage each other to live on and not get stuck in live. But still it was the best the way it ended because if not, it would have been really sad for Iori.

Well there were interesting things in I"s of course, like the names. If i am not wrong is that all the girls who feel in love in the main character including himself has the name begining with the letter "I". Also why the story was called 'I"s' beacuse is the inicial "I" for all the lovers with the main character.

I think I"s was really good (better then ichigo 100%) when the characters were still in high school. After that, it started to get a bit boring.

Overall, I's is quite nice although certain parts were boring. I prefer ichigo as it is more entertaining as there is the comedy factor.
