Well, not so sure about it, but it seems that Hot Gimmick is quite similar to I's in story.

Ichigo 100% ended at chapter 167, I know a place to download 144-167 translated, but don't think that place can handle too many downloads though.

as most of theothers have said ichigo 100%
but also open sesame, video girl ai, suzuka, and hot gimmick are similar in a way to I's. And mayb IO too but it all depends on ones taste in manga i guess

Another one made by the creator of I's is Video Girl AI. There are some other teen like Pastel, Parallel, Ichigo 100%. The list goes on but they get pretty unrealistic after a while. Even VGAI is kind out there...

I's is ichigo 100% with a bigger looser than manaka and less girls. aside from that, the story lines make you wonder if their not manga love story gimmick examples.
