Yeah, they do have a megaman series, but the concept is entirely different from the game.

Agreed, but i'm not sure if Metal Gear will have a long story if its going at an anime pace. Devil May Cry would be an awesome anime, though it would have to have good graphics for the full effect.

my favouroute games are mgs snake eater, mgs sons o' liberty, mgs1, final fantasy 7 onwards, dead or alive 1, 2 and 3. these games NEED to be turned into anime _________________ Time is a great healer, but it makes a lousy beautician...

For MGS, there most likely won't be a anime for it. Konami, the makers of Metal Gear, have never come out with an anime. These are their categories that they do:
Computer & Video Games
Toy & Hobby
Gaming Machines
Arcade Games
and Mobile Contents.

As for Devil May Cry, I don't think the anime exists, nor will it.
