Ive only seen two animes/manga wit shinigamis in it . BLeach and death note . So deres isnt many choices fer me but i would go wit urahara fergot da other part  |

| I can't believe none of you cartoon network spooges have mentioned Yu Yu Hakusho. Remember the broom riding chick that tells Yusuke he's dead? She was a shinigami. I guess there's a good trivia question in there somewhere. You guys sure you're anime fans? |

Rem, Ryuku and Shidou from Deathnote. They are very different and I liked them for that.
As for Bleach I'd say ZARAKI KENPACHI!  |

Shinigami are deep in japanese folklore and because all anime are created in japan  as for shinigami i like it would be Ichigo from bleach since i just love the sword fighting
