There are quite a few anime out there with Shinigami in them ....... besides the obvious one right now Smile

Yami no Matsuei is another one

I can`t think of any other at the moment, but I know these are not the only ones, I just can`t find them in my head right now Smile

My favourite one so far in probably Ichigo .............. even though he has the most non shinigami attitude Smile

I WOUDNT CONSIDER ICHIGO AS A SHINIGAMI!! hes more like a wanna be shinigami since hes only like half a shinigami.

rukias brother is a true shinigami, or better yet the shinigami from deathnote the one that hangs around with raito (forgot his name) he may be what a true shinigami looks like.

Bleach, that's the oonly anime I can think of that has Shinigami. If it is about manga, Deathnotes as well.

My favorite shinigami are from Yami no Matsuei but I also like the ones from Full Moon wo Sagashite ^_^

I don't count Ichigo as one either...he can be one after he dies. Look, not even dead and already he has a job in the afterlife! he's set!

Anime with shinigami that I have seen:

-Yami no Matsuei (For those who have taste for handsome dudes and blood and shounen-ai...

-Bleach (For those who have taste for great action and comedy)

-Fullmoon (Love, music, great picture)

My thought on shinigami:

Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm................ I dunno... They are shinigami... Oh well... They are cool, but that need to depend on the character of that shinigami too...

My fav shinigami:

-Ichigo (Bleach): He is so funny and also one of very few main character that I like. He isn't too much of a goody-good main guy, but neither a bad-ass character... He isn't a typical shinigami either... Just pure original... GO GO ICHIGO!!!!!!!

-Tatsumi(Yami no Matsuei): I like smart-looking guy with glasses... And even he is so serious, but his obsession with money is so funny Very Happy

-Watari(Yami no Matsuei): Also wearing glasses, he is totally opporsite to Tatsumi... In a serious Anime like Yami no Matsuei, it is good to have some silly guy who is always smile around... And his owl pet 003 is extremely CUTE too!!! Very Happy

I prefer my shinigami/God of Death in the original, skeleton form who holds a scythe.

Besides the scary look, it also gives out a cool feeling to me. One of my favorites games are Castlevania series and Death is an old friend of Lord Dracula which is quite interesting. The dead serves the undead... ^^
