At least your cooking won't kill people j/king. Try follow the stuff on cookbooks or something like that. Its always a start. |

| Before reading the manga, i was already interested in cooking. I'm still a novice - i pretty much can make pasta with not too much problems - and i simply find the whole process of making, cutting, cooking, preparing really fascinating. But yeah... after reading, i got interested making bread as well. Haven't exactly tried yet... i plan to, but right after reading one of the episodes, i actually went and baked myself a batch of cookies. Not bread, but close, haha! |

There's always no harm trying, though I can understand your craving for bread after reading the manga Then again, even I'm either too busy or too lazy to bake bread... |

The thing with me cooking is I like to get creative with it, lol then again my parents are the test subjects and mosta my friends get the good finished products. |

Yeah, not only did I want to start cooking, I did. I've started to bake cakes and bread actively now, and I'm getting pretty decent. I have the naturally warm hands that help the gluten form, so it was really hard to not want to make bread. They're the warmest part of my body and I've always been told my whole life I have exceptionally warm hands. The bread was pretty good, I even did the punch thing and it sprang up. I don't know how well my hands helped make it, but man, I felt good after making it. My goal is to make french bread and croissants by Christmas really well and give them as gifts to all my friends.
It's not hard to make, I've never baked before this in my life. Just be careful with the recipes and have fun! |

| Heh, after reading this I had a great urge to try making bread like they do. It looks hard trying to make dough by hand like that, I didnt kno ppl still do that these days. This manga makes being a baker sound so exciting. But I guess thats what manga does to ya. |

Yeah I really want to cook after reading Master Cooking Boy and Yakitate!Japan. But I can't really cook for these reason:
1. My parent doesn't allow me to cook 'cause I'm too young (I'm not even 14 for sake)
2. I don't know how to cook
3. My mom said I can't seasoning.
The only thing I know how to make is put peanut butter jelly on bread or microwave something. My uncle work at a bakery and he always bring lots of good bread home. If I decide I'm gonna try making bread someday it's probably gonna taste horrible or the shape is ultra ugly or maybe it didn't even come out as the bread at all and my hand are very cold. |

I don't think Yakitate!Japan is idiotic but when I heard the name in my country language I thought so too. In my language they stranlate Yakitate!Japan is "King of bread" I thought "What the". Yakitate!Japan is hilarious, they're so funny espcailly the Kuroyanagi guy and other judge, they're so weird yet funny. I can't stop laughing. |
