Yes, now that R0r0 mentioned it, the Artemis Fowl's series are really good too... I've read only 2 so far though The first one (Artemis Fowl), and the third one (the eternity code). Now I have to read the Arctic incident and The Opal Deception...
Lord of The Ring isn't bad, and Harry Potter too isn't bad. |

Well, I kinda get nothing to do if there are no other thick books to read. Im still around 12-13 so dont blame me if i havent read good books.
So far:
Harry Potter series.
LotR, Hobbit, BoLT(Book of Lost Tales) and Silmarillion.
Dan Brown's books.
Michael Conelly's books.
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series.
and (generally) suspense/thriller NYTimes bestseller. (Too lazy to decide if its good or not) _________________ Life is what you make it to be, not what it makes you to be. |

I am a great book reader and I can make a huge list for you of all the books I liked. To name a few are the harry potter series, Series of unfortunate events, Encyclopedia Brown series, Pen Dragon series, A hell lot of mark twain award books.
That puts alot of the books I read into a small list I guess. |

hi people, I recommend the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. If you like Tolkien type fantasy, you will love this. Everyone seems to like LOTR, but reading it? come on... the Two Towers was such a boring book and everyone probably fell asleep multiple times while Frodo and Sam had their endless fun in the marshes..
I also recommend Bernard Cornwell's Warlord Chronicles trilogy if you're into Arthurian myth (that is, King Arthur). His Richard Shape series is also good for those interested in Napoleaonic war army action, but gets trite as each book is essentially the same.
as for inspirational books, you owe it to yourself to read anything by Dale Carnegie. Probably the most important books that you'll ever read.
Happy reading.. |

I dont read very often, but one book series that I like so far (I haven't gotten around to finishing it) is the "Dark Tower" series by Steven King.
I dont have the attention span to read most books |

I love the Chronicles of Narnia books, the LOTR books, but my single most favorite novel would have to be Battle Royale... I read the whole hting in a 24 hr. time span... I was up all night two nights in a row... _________________ See you space cowboy..... |
