The Grapes of Wrath. (it is surprisingly physcological)
David Edding's the Belgarion and the Mallorean
Angels and Demons and hopefully the Da Vinci Code will be as good as well. |

My fave books keep changing every year :s But my longest lasting ones are The Martian Chronicles By Ray Bradbury, Norweigan Wood By Haruki Murakami, City of the Beasts by Isabelle Allende, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and the Chronicles of Narnia.
Most recent faves are:
-The Da Vinci Code (even though I found the style of writing poor and somewhat cheesy, the contents are v. interesting and really link in with my history of art classes ^^)
-A Child Called 'It'
-Death of a Salesman by Arthur Miller
-The Wind-up Bird Chronicle by Haruki Murakami
-Out by Natsuo Kirino (powerful/gorey stuff )
-Dracula by Bram Stoker
-The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov
-...etc. _________________ [img:::d1df0bad59]http://h1.ripway.com/jenny27/SCcolourbar.png[/img:d1df0bad59] |

I have no special fav book, if I had to choose, it would be Paolo Coelho, whos books I love must... But also Herman Hesse is nice to read... And fairy tales, fairy tales have a charming way to present the most horrible truth ^^' _________________ [img:128:46:0950250a2f]http://img141.imageshack.us/img141/3964/koeder7tf.gif[/img:0950250a2f] |

| Bernard Cornwell is my favorite author currently, because all his series of books are equally captivating and addictive. The Grail Quest series is what got me hooked on his work. I have since read 'Redcoat,' and begun the 'Nathaniel Starbuck Chronicles' (a set of 4 books set during the US Civil War) and the 'Tales of Arthur' series. The Arthur series comes HIGHLY recommended from me. Fantastic work. You can't stop reading it no matter how hard you try. |
