| I don't think so. All Jet Li's movies, I mean the recent ones, are not very good, that include Unleashed. |

Well, CGY, for recent movie of Jet Lee, Unleash is the best one out of all, but generaly speaking, it is not a VERY good movie.....
But never the less, the movie did brought out a unique character: Danny the dog..... _________________ I wonder why I am bleeding like this?

ah, for someone who trained in Shaolin temple and played the role of Master Wong Fei Hung to become a dog...
I personally haven't watched the movie so i can't give any comments yet. Just that, Jet Li uses real kungfu so that is the main reason i watch his films unlike others who prefer cg. _________________ What's yours is mine, what's mine is still mine. |

| this is an amzing movie, I never seen Jet Li fight so vish-ass. The white Samurai from this was also in the end rooftop battle with Jackie Chan in "Who Am I" (another insane fight by the way) The soundtrack by Massive Attack and the RZA is great too. |

well i too liked the Wong Fei Hung role he played, but danny the dog should be put down for good. Li is one of my fav asian actor, but seriously the recent movies are disappointing. _________________ "Look at me, with my pretty bracelet and tiara... I'm a fuckin' princess!"

| you'll be glad to know then that Jet Li has one movie left to come out then he's retiring. You probably don't care but Master Yuen Wo Ping is directing and it's based on Fok Yuen Gap a famous martial artist. I think the same character from Fist of Fury and Fist of Legend. I for one will miss the hell outta Jet Li. It's true that most of his recent movies have been crap (the One, Romeo Must Die, Cradle 2 Tha Grave) but cmon Hero and Unleashed were amazing and Kiss Of the Dragon had some great fights. Oh well I guess the consolation is we have Tony Ja comin on the scene. That guy seriously rocks. |

| I wouldn't go so far as to say that Unleashed was amazing.... it had too much talking for me to stay interested for too long, but whatever action scenes in there were reasonably good. My fave Jet Li movies r the 'Once upon a time in china' series and Hero cuz the action's non-stop. |

I'm sorry Granzon but I just have to say it. You suck big time. I consider Unleashed to be Jet Li's best non asian film and third behind Tai Chi MAster and Fist of Legend. Yuen Wo Ping is at the top of his game, the man is a legend and your "critique " reasonably good" tells me you don't deserve to watch another kung fu movie for the rest of your life. The opening destruction by Jet was mind blowing. Tha Pit Fight and the boss fight were AMAZING. Also Im about the most ADD short attention span kind of guy, but the story really kept my interest the whole way through.
Unleashed is sick. You whack.

Its funny how you'd call Hero a non-stop movie. I don't want to hate at all on Hero I think its amazing but cmon its not non-stop action are you a crackhead or sumthin? The only great fight in that whole movie is the Nameless/Sky battle with Donnie Yen. But Hero is a visual masterpiece I must admit.
I read the above posts just now and just wanted to say CGY and Sayoku also suck and have terrible taste. It was just easier to single out Granzon because these other two are about as articulate as a turd sandwich. _________________ http://www.ariakon.com/images/RIsElite.jpg |

| Even putting aside Jet Li's awesome ass-whooping in Unleashed, the film is still extremely well made. I mean, come on... screenplay by LUC BESSON (leon, anyone?) and a soundtrack by massive attack! the cinematography, choreography and soundtrack were all excellent IMHO. |

| Even though Jet Li strength isn't in drama acting i thought he did a pretty good job protraying the image of a person that only knows how to fight with a lonely past. Recommended if ur a jet li fan. |

Jet Li has conquered yet another nation.
The French in Kiss of the Dragon.
The Brothers in Romeo Must Die
And now the English in Unleashed.
Jet Li is so scary that no one fought him, so he had to fight himself and he won.
I think American is next, but I hope there won't be any Lethal Weapon 4 antics. Jet Li lose to Mel Gibson and Danny Glover? But then again... Mel Gibson beat up Jesus, so I guess he can take Jet Li... |
