hi! I'm from singapore and i'm a chinese as well.
Ermm... i sorta speak a mix... Chinese, english, a bit of malay, a tiny bit of japanese(still learing though), some dialect... oh and of course Singlish. Yup tat's about it.

Eh, I'm cantonese, N I'm from ca-na-da too, I'm really whitewashed since I was born n raised here in canada, I can understand and speak Cantonese quite fluently but I can only read and write tidbits of cantonese~

yes its a vietnamese name but my heritage goes back to my grandparents being born of chinese origin and growing up in vietnam. so 1/3 chinese, 1/3 viet and 1/3 english.
english is my most fluent language

actually, cantonese to be more exact. im told that tran is the viet equivalent of "chan". someone please confirm

my surname is Phung which i believe is a Vietnamisation of Feng
sometimes its Phuong
my parents have same background
but my own cantonese is horrible Embarassed

I'm a Wong, that means I'm Cantonese. But I can't really speak it, sadly. I'm better at Mandarin, but only a little better.
