I fell in love with the promo video a few months ago ... almost a year now, but has there any word on when it's going to be released? or maybe it's already released?

As far as we know.. the project keeps getting delayed, Hopefully end of this year or something.

I heard this movie have been stretch from 45 minutes to about 90 minutes. Anyone know anything about it??

there was a small conversation about this in the hoshi no koe thread over in the archives and whatnot. I mentioned stuff and there's a link to the official site; the release should be fairly soon.

this should be in the movies index, but oh well.....

anyways, more good news on the horizon.... it was licensed by ADV ....

so the wait to see this movie (since barely anybody will touch this *whenever it does get released*) will probably even longer now..... like the 2 years we have been waiting for thise wasn't long enough !!!!!!...

damn this was a movie lol... i thought it was a series and thougt it would come out in fall lol... but oh well sucks that it keeps getting delayed... seems so good!

Please note that the official English title for this movie is "The Place Promised in Our Early Days" as can be seen on the official movie graphics.

The synopsis/review in our database have been retitled and shifted to the 'T' section to follow this.

Would anyone mind having the title of this discussion changed to the official version?

wow...just watched the 1.36 gig-er from Triad and i'd say its worth it

absolutely gorgeous movie

i guess the story itself would only appeal to certain ppl, but i loved it; totally original. but like most stuff ive watched, the end was lacking. Crying or Very sad

well, I've seen the first 30 min of the movie so far, and I think that it's interesting... must get back home and finish it off

Anyway, the graphics is simply stuning.

The animation is awesome. No can can really complain now, especially about the character designs.

The story was interesting although a bit weird on the scifi side but still a nice story.

Definitely worth the download and watch. It still felt pretty short for a 1h 30 min movie though.
