why does everyone ignore the revolution? i mean everyone forgetts about the game cube too even though just on specs it beats the ps2? res4 shows that for any non beleivers. i still stand firm that the revolution is going to rock the gaming world!

Difficult because the Xbox 360 has some games I really want but since I'm a Final Fantasy nut I'm going to stick with the PS3 (which apparently has better specs).

Sorry but in my opionion just on what i have seen nintendo has droped the ball in most catagorys. Like what the hell were they thinking when they made the controller.

In the very beginning, there's going to be almost no difference between the games that are released for the XBox 360 and PS3. There specs are both amazing. PS3 has things in it so advanced that games can't even use the full potential of the system yet. But that's the key, games can't use that potential yet.

The PS3 will have games released for it superior to those released for the XBox 360 in about 2 years or so. Maybe even a little bit more. But right now, I'd say it's dead equal. The winner of the two is going to depend on who makes what games for what system.

just played the 360. it isn't good. it overheats waaaay to fast and worst of all the controllers suck Evil or Very Mad

Hah! Straight up PS3, for crying out loud. I mean the Xbox 360 graphics are alright, but PS3's is way better. Especially since I heard it has TiVo or something on it.

I seem to read more about people chosing PS3 just because it has more RPGs and JRPGs. Its kind of weird that anyone would chose a system just for a genre of games, but I have to admit that its more of a personal preference.

And for the talk about better games coming out for the PS3, much of the acclaimed games I've seen so far coming out for the PS3 seem pretty much the same as games I've been seening on the 360 and current generation systems (sequels, offshoots, etc), except with better graphics and a change in gameplay mechanics. I don't expect the PS3 launch games to be any better than current 360 launch games, since it has been my experience that innovative games usually comes later on during a consoles life-span, not during its launch. I think we should hold off our decisions until we start seeing developers fully taking the consoles advantage and better/more innovative games are released.

just played the 360 it is the coolest thing ever
