I would want it to be ranged.. like a bow and arrow that shoots blades instead of arrows or something...

Shikai: Just shred enemies into pieces with giant talons.
Bankai:
Gain wings to let the user fly.(The wings are actually shadows maintained by the scythe)
The scythe has the ability to create and manipulate shadows. The scythe can hook the opponent's shadow and paralyse the enemy or cut up the enemy's shadow and damage them indirectly. Has the advantage at night time.

seriously I would like my soul slayer to represent the complexity of who I am. I think I will draw a rough sketch of it while I am in class later then post again but until then, the complexity in my mind is ourageous so for now lets say a lot like Ichigos SoulSlayer if only because I am a brute strength guy.

mine would look like a normal katana but would have mind control powers that could force someone with low spirit power to do what i wanted.

Mine would be no sword at all. It would be water based and it would have the kick-ass ability to control water. I could form a blade of water if I wanted as hard as my spirit energy would allow. I know its not very origional but it still rules. Banki summons one Big water dragon.

I'd like it to be something like Aizen's so that in its shikai it would cancel out people's ability to sense me. It would be shaped like a dagger. In bankai form it could teleport me through shadows to stab people in the back.

Mine would be a very long thin katana like sethrath's in FF7 that i could swing very fast and would be very hard for enimys to dodge
