Ichimaru Gin is freakin awesome, his sword's thrust attack is outrageous "Shinsou (God's Spear)" I also like Kyouraku Shunsui, Kurosaki Ichigo and Hitsugaya Toushiro as well

Kuchiki Byakuya is the best! He has the coolest bankai ever! But i also like Ichigo and Hitsugaya...

Kuchiki Byakuya for me tops the list. Gotta love that cold stare and eerie calmness in nearly every situation. Hitsugaya-kun comes second and Ichigo a close third.
