actually macdaddy... Eva's dont necessarily "pwn" gundams...
wanna know why?
A) They're in different time lines, different this, different that. Things are different in gundam than in Eva.
B) Put in a gundam with phase shift, and give it a nuclear powered engine. and TADA. most of an eva's weapons = nullified.
C) Shinji is a cowardly and useless son of a b*tch... i never liked him really.. _________________ Mr. Offtopic o_o

I already explained this sh** in the eva vs. gundam thread so yea...won't say anything besides the fact that evas suck cuz ummmm come on....it has an extension cord..and it's bserker mode nor it's field isn't as strong as everyone says it is..it's this hype bs~!

I think the best gundam battle scene was in Endless Waltz and in Gundam Seed and Destiny _________________ Revere the Immortal Emperor

Did you even read what the thread is about? No I don't think you did, anyway Im working on the battle now so it should be up sooner or later. To be honest it's kind of hard since both are long distance MS so abit hard making it to something |

Wow, have we gotten off topic or what? What happen to that 9 page argument between Heero and Kira lol(can't believe I actually read all of those). Anyways I forgot if [eisenmeteor] gets to pick the fight or not but I think that GP02 would kick butt because of his nuclear cannon.
In the series Wing Gundam Zero seemed to kill everybody/thing in one blast. (btw anybody know where we can get Wing Gundam G-unit)?
If you think you've seen the coolest Gundams then check out those ones!
But Still I'd still say that Amuro can kick just about anybody's but with the RX-93 NU Gundam, I mean come one the guy's a newtype. _________________ The hardest person to forgive is yourself~ |

i have to agree with shadowfox on this one, and also with what he said. gundam zeta will dominate the compittiion. |

takasan: The only UC series I've seen is the 8th MS team, so I don't know how a newtype would match up against a coordinator... especially the ultimate coordinator, which will probably be the popular choice in an Amuro vs anyone from SEED matchup.
jckool: A nuke didn't scratch the freedom? must be a glitch... remeber that in the last episode of SEED the Freedom was hit by the charging-up phase of Genesis and by its explosion. The combination should be more or less the same as a nuclear explosion. Granted, it survived, but it took tremendous damage. so I think that Phase shift>nuke, but not by much.
Gundam Zeta sounds badass... I wonder how it would match up against the original Freedom (because Strike Freedom is overpowered). _________________

no, no Freedom did not took the direct Genesis fire n most of the damages was done by Providence. Gundams (at least in seed series ) are not immuned to nuclear attack. Remember how Providence was destroyed? |

Yes it did. Right before Justice blew it up. Check out the episode. I agree that it didn't take a direct hit, as the Genesis was still charging up, but it was the energy focusing for the shot what blew away its wings, railguns and bigh chunks of armor. Although what you point out is true... Providence did get hit harder than Freedom and was blown to dust.... I've thought about it again and I guess the Phase Shift is not as good as I originaly believed when it comes to resisting nukes. _________________

| Ohh right arguing time, Genesis may be neuclear powered but the beam it'self isn't excatly like a nuke now is it. I tried to look up info about Genisis so I don't ramble on without knowing what the hell Im talking about. But I was under the impression that Genesis acts somewhat like Cyclops did only mor concentrated and no area restriction. But considering the fact that technicaly PS armour should be able to withstand pretty much every non beam based weapon it should survive a blast, and then the particals or whatever should be fine as well since it is nuke powered so it should have protection against that kind of stuff. There you have it |
