Why do you think anime is so addictive?

in my opinion is because its absolutely unique!
i mean the characters, the stories, the music everything is different to the normal cartoons we all where acustom to watch! Everything is just a fantasy that atracts everyone around making u dream and think of what if this and that could happen! It just open ur minds a little and play with ur emotions as well!

it is b/c anime is way better than american cartoon (older cartoons such as bugsbunny not included). plus u get to see ecchi stuff, mawaahahah

Hmm, well, I think it's b/c anime is sort of beautiful to watch. A really good anime flows smoothly and has a much better story line than most of what you see here in the US. Don't get me wrong, there are some American cartoons that I will always love. But anime opens up a whole new realm of fantasy. They don't even use exclusively their own folk lore and legend, they can take from bits and pieces of many cultures and come up with this masterpiece! There is a lot of repitition or similarity in anime, but it's still interesting to see different interpretations of things. I just can't get enough of it!!! It's an entire culture of its own now b/c of its popularity, it's impressive Exclamation

i'd have to say that some of the storylines draw me in..... I mean.... a guy in an all girls dormitory.... and one of the girls is his long lost love.... not to mention all the women are cute in their own way....

I'd have to say that it kinda gets people to feel emotions that normally wouldn't be felt in real life.... and then there is always the fan service for some....

I'd have to say it's like other things in life we need. For example if you're a sports fan and follow your team in every game then you're a follower of that team because you have to know how things will end. The same goes for tv-series that people follow even though many popular tv-series suck there are still thus who are as addictive of them as others are of anime I think it's the same feeling that makes them addicted.

I cant speak for anyone else but i feel im addicted to anime. Im addicted because i live on a small island and there is nothin better to do. It also gets my mind off of things that trouble me and makes me happy...so i continue to watch Shocked

and wonder what will happen next etc.

Why anime is so addicted. I think it's because it open your mind to a different world, make you want to dream about it. The characters look so cool and the storyline is unique. Unlike any American cartoon, anime also has meaning and the action is nonstop while American cartoon is just plain ridiculous. Anime is the best entertainment there is, you can also learn alot from anime.

y is it so addicting? wow hard to say...i'm addicted to anime cuz it's an escape from reality...anime is so eye-catching and attracting bcuz of it's animation and its use of imagry, colors, voices..etc...it's like an expression of imagination ..way more better than any ordinary cartoon. Not only that but u get caught up in the storyline where u can relate to the characters and the predicaments that they're in. I guess one can just become more in-tune with anime than reality. It provides action to our boring, un eventful life......pure ecstasy..

It's addicted because it's so damn cool. The stories are completely original and none of them are alike. You can't begin to imagine how much I love anime and everything about it. IT'S CRAZY!!!!
