who is cooler/smarter? Raito or "L"

I think ratio because he prrdicted almost exactly what L would do after he gave up the death note.

I would say that they're about equal in intelligence. They know how to find information and do things to not get themselves caught. Overall, Death Note is one of my favorite mangas of all time.

i prefer to choose L. unlike Raito, he put all his effort and inteligent on finding Kira.. but the other hand Raito always take advantages on people such as Misa... what he do only thinking the better way for himself only...

Wow, since when has a dead person been more intelligent than a living person, especially when that dead person was outwitted by the living person, which resulted in his death.

Raito/Light takes it here, although admittedly L might solved things were it not for the rest of the investigative team telling him to free Light and Misa.

Hm, even though I don't like Raito but I'll say he's smarter than L. He predicted exactly something that won't happen for another 2,3 months when he gave up the Death Note. L-kun is not stupid either, he stop Raito many time but that just wasn't enough.

I think L is far more smarter than Raito, also, he was in the disadvantage position compared to Raito in the manga. He was the one who had to create all these conclusions and he has to actually LOOK for Raito. Raito basically didn't HAVE to look for L, also L introduced himself.

How many times did L stump Raito? I mean seriously...

Also, I love the way the guy sits. Its mad funny!

I think in terms of intelligence they're pretty equal because they just keep trading blows.
