| I think the Gundam movie you're talking about is Char's Counterattack. Really good. Love the NU Gundam. |

The Grave of the Fireflies, its a masterpiece. Dramatic and sad, about a pair of war orphans in the 2nd WW in Japan. Everyone must watch it once.
Perfect Blue. An excellent thriller about an idol leaving the stage to become an actress. But soon strange event starts to happen. Murders of people conected to the "change of look" of the girl, and worse, she starts to have visions of "another her", dressed like the idol singer, wandering and teasing her.
Really good... but with my limited english I cant make a good sinopsis, so, go and watch it!!
Chiyoko Millenium Actress. For the same director that Perfect Blue. This time is a nostalgic film narrating the life of a actress. And her search for the happiness and a misterious men that she meet in her adolescence. Relating her life to an periodist the reality and the fiction mix with delicious taste.
Really good.
Anything of Studio Ghibli. You cant go wrong with Ghibli.
And if the Movie of Air is the half of good that the TV series, will gonna be an awesome movie. _________________
