I think the best captain in Bleach is Yoruichi, she really cares for everyone's safety, she give good instructions. She is very fast that very helpful in many situations, she also knows a lot of things, she know which enemy is dangerous and better to avoid.

Well, it's really still too early to decide. Ichimaru Gin, Urahara Kisuke, Aizen, and even someone related to Ichigo (This is still a spoiler so I'll leave it at that) hasn't released their 'Bankai' yet. Good captains at this point in both skill alongside with discerning and tactful judgement and decision making would defintely go to Yoruichi and Ukitake.

Kenpachi would be my favourite. He's funny and cute in his own sort of way. Cute as in the things he says... He's ugly as hell lol

But Yoruichi has gotta be my favourite character. Kick's ass, Funny and she's hot... mainly 'cause she's hot. Very Happy

Zaraki Kenpachi. He's frikkin strong as hell, yet he doesn't even know his own sword's name. I love the fact that he's with Yachiru all the time, and that he wears the eye patch and the bells in his hair as handicap! The man's a powerhouse!

Screw Bankai! Just beat the crap outta them!

as of now i would be leaning towards Kuchiki Byakuya... the "i-don't-give-a-damn" face is uber cool... hitsugaya was suppose to look cool with his ice sword and the bankai with the ice wings but he got owned pretty fast by aizen just like that so the coolness plummeted... Razz
