AH! So perverted a picture! Do you always draw that? Anyway, the up part is a bit unbalanced, too small, compare to the legs.

yeah i usually draw ecchi and fanservice.

and its a perspective issue ill get better at it evemtually ^^

Overall well done!
The only part that needs a bit of improvement is the face.
It's missing something:
-Either the mouth isn't visible enough
-Or the chin should be a bit pointier.

Ok, pinky, I got a few suggestions.

A. Something is definately wrong with the face... It looks llike a male face, and the mouth is a bit off. Also, the eyes should be bigger. In general, make the head a bit bigger...

B. The legs are a bit wide, and thick, you should make them skinnier so it looks more girlish. Again, it looks more like a mans.

C. Just so you know, the panties could use a bit more, ahem, "details" (as in, giving innuendo as to, u know, whats rlly down there)

D. I rlly like the dress, the shirt, and the torso, although Emphasizing the cleavage a bit more wouldn't hurt.

Srry to be shuch a critic, but it IS very nice, keep at it.

(just so you know, I suck at drawing but not the invisionment of the drawing, just at getting it down onto paper], so this is just my 10 cents on how it COULD look better)

She looks great, although I do agree with Zanroth that the chin should be pointer but besides that I think all the preportions are good. I don't agree with slimming down the proportions of her legs or shoulders. She seems feminine enough. She's likes a female version of Randou from "Pretty Face" anyways, congrats on the good job.

ah thank youfor the crits,. pointy chin. nope. i stay away from pointy chins i prfer teh rounded ons its a taste thing i guess.

The head is unproportionate compared to the original picture. The entire head from your picture is completely different from the reference.

Her top half of the body is also unproportionate even in that body position. Either make the top bigger, or shrink the bottom.
