| Which one do you all want? On one hand you have the PSP, with the ability to play amazing looking games and other multimedia capabilites such as MP3 support and video playback. On the other you have the DS with its sleek design and dual screens promises to deliver a gaming experience like none other. Both having a impressive libary of launch titles. So DS? PSP? Both? or Neither? |

| DS all the way, man! Nintendo has never failed to deliver greatness (shut up about the Virtual Boy; I liked it) and with all the new features and promicing games (Animal Crossing DS... bliss), the DS should be the best of the two. |

will there be another war?? personally i think that psp is abit too big and for some reason the two screens on the DS are turning me off. for me the gba sp is a really good portable gaming system, they should make some improvements with that instead making something new. sill the game library will decide which is the better one, right now i am leaning towards the ds (i hpe the two screens will get used well instead of being a wase of space) just because of the psp size _________________ [img:387:120:36cb7a5440]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v98/idjota/BL.jpg[/img:36cb7a5440] |

| No reason for a war. (Although that would be fun)Anyway at first I also thought that these systems were kinda large until I saw screenshots with them in a person's hands. Especially the DS, it surprised me how much smaller it actually was. |

Well five minutes before this post I had the intention to eventually get both of these handhelds but I just found out that the PSP may not initially come with MP3 support. _________________ Fear the dreaded Ninja Centerfold!

| The nintendo DS is going to be great. I've always had a soft spot for Nintendo and innovative gameplay. The line-up is great from what I've heard. So that's it for me I'm going DS. Plus that the PSP is said to cost around €300,- that's too much for my taste. |

Just so you all know to my knowledge the DS is up for preorder for about $200.00 and the PSP should be going up for around $250.00. Although I believe there's going to be different versions of the PSP so the amount it costs may vary. And yes the DS has a very impressive array of launch titles. Have you all seen that Gundam Seed game, it looks awesome! _________________ Fear the dreaded Ninja Centerfold!

I go for PSP.....the nintendo DS is kind of a rehash system with just 2 screens for added coolness....plus the buttons are too small...unlike the PSP.
PSP is a bit more expensive but it has some good graphics instead of the traditional cartridge games, which means poor quality for sounds and stuff.... |

Personally I'm just looking for how many games will be on what, and if these games are something I would enjoy.
Interesting thing about the DS: The bottom screen is touch screen. If you play games that require it a lot, it will probably get used up and go crappy on you... not to mention one small drop and it's done for. The notion of the 2 screens is a big turn off for me as well.
Oh yeah... and if you ARE using the touch, lets say for Metroid DS. You use the dpad to move, and the touch screen to look and shoot. How are you going to balance the right side? You'll have no support since you are pushing downwards.
As for the PSP, it seems like all they are pushing is the multiple functionability. Just focus on your main niche which is gaming! It's like the game gear tv. Who actually got that? _________________ Ask me a question, and I will answer to you with my fists of fury!1!1!!1!!!! |

| I will have to get both. I would not want to miss a thing. If i start saving now i should have the money to buy the psp (which is more spendy). Then i will be able to get the money for the cheaper one faster!! |
