hmm... i'd have to go with FMA. It's design is cool. And possible as well.

well, there is no best in character design in the anime world. this rather so because they are drawn depending on the story.

Anyway, I kind of like the character designs they have in Futakoi Alternative(yes, FA and not Futakoi)

I like Ichigo's character design, especially his sword andhow its symbolic of his way of life.
