isn't sweating then showering bad for the body??? well that is how they explain it to me... reason why swimming is first in the iron man competition instead of running or biking... its bad to soak your body when you are already sweating... i don't know what's the real reason behind it.. can anyone help me out on that??? _________________

Fungal infection. Fungii thrive in warm, humid conditions like your skin. Got white/black(depends what skin colour you originally were) spots on your skin? Thats fungus.
Lactic acid build up if you let the water evaporate excessively. Hurts like hell. |

honestly, i love to do sports. i often practice basketball, badminton, soccer & volleyball. thoses sports are the ones that i like the most. basketball because its a team work. badminton, because it's great to keep a racket in your hand and smash in the other side of the court and it's the same thing for volleyball. soccer, well i like that sport because it's a team work but also, i got a lot of strength in my legs just to kick it in the net. _________________ -LadyPaoline- |

showers are best after youve been on the water sailing, rowing, kayaking on a sub 15 degrees C (minus a gazillion degrees wind chill) rainy day
