Full Metal Panic vs Gundam SEED

I liked both of them....And what capture me in FMP are the battles, characteristics, humuor and although the mecha design a bit crap but it still beats GS because their battles like real-life!!

GS I like their mechas and storyline...their intense battles wasnt bad and full of shootings, missles, cannons firing and much more....but in the end the endings spoiled all my fun...anyway...it was still good in either way!! Laughing

I like FMP better than Seed. Seed was good, but it was just another Gundam to me.

I prefer FMP overall. I've never been a fan on the Gundam series.

I think you have to take into consideration of the fact that FMP was 24 eps (or 25, memory is foggy) and GS was 50 eps. FMP stuck in battles, a storyline and character development within 24 episodes, and I think it was done decently well. They even include some homour in it as well. There were times in GS where it felt like they were dragging an event out far too long. GS could've been better (or worst, depending on how they would've proceeded) if they worked with less episodes.

Gundam fights are a little boring, its sorta repetative. But FMP fights are much more realitic, but i think they are boring. BUT this is only the the first seasons.

Second season of gundam fights were, well i think ALOT better then the first seasn, and some goes with FMP

full metal panic is definitely better due to its combination which appeals to young folks (like me). With that said, it combines school life, mechs, and romance. Plus, the romance part is more focused on than in SEED which in my opinion makes it more worth while to watch. hm.. duno exactly what i just said, but pretty much i think fmp is better. Razz

Okay, I've only ever seen parts of FMP, and it wasn't really enough for me to get any kind of opinion on the series, so I had to vote for SEED.

I think the year of GDS and FMP is differnt, like GDS is 2556year but FMP is just 2010year, o.k! Laughing

I dont like Gundam Seed to much. I've only watched Full Metal Panic! TSR and Fumoffu still waiting to see the first one.
