I like the gundam seed more

FMP was definitely my favorite. Considering it was much shorter then Seed, the plot was rather well made with intricate story lines .... and more original then gundam. Im not dissing on gundam or anything, i liked seed too but if i had a choose in making another season of either, id choose fmp.

Hilarious anime!

SEED and SEED DESTINY is too overrated. (And has WAY too many recyled animation.)

i think both are very good animes. I think i like gundams seeds plot a lot better, but fmp is a lot more down to earth

I not sure weather my just but guding from the FMP 2 and watching both gundam seed and destiny , my vote will be right . any way i still think gundam is better , althought FMP is good it story is bit werid in some sense and some part i feel tat there no need for it to show . However GUndam seed story is interesting and this get me to wanting to watch destiny but in the end it not as good but because of gundam seed i will vote for gundam

2. relies more on the piolet's skills

Fmp have nothing "realistic"

Fmp was a crappy
Fmp fum was funny
Fmp 2 was good

Seed was good
destiny was crappy
let's see the 3...

But gundam is gundam...

I'm an FMP fan through and through so it gets my vote. I combines a good story with lots of action and humor to set it all on a lighter note. Plus the second season the comedy picks up even more which is great before it gets back to the story more in the third.

I like Gundam and everything but I love the Full Metal Panic series, its got everything you would want in an anime. Comedy, action, romance, drama... Gundam Seed doens't even hold a candle to FMP. You can't Fumoffu or TSR.

fmp gets the vote for me , like most people said it has almost everything you would want comedy,action etc . On the other hand GundamSeed is also good but yes it does have many "recycled animation" repeating way too much , but still a good story . Gundam is Gundam RESPECT!

full metal panic is better. i enjoy the storyline way better and i find gundam's mecha battles to be quite boring. however, fmp mecha battles include strategy and always is interesting to watch

I prefer FMP..because it's just more fun to watch. The combat is much cooler for me.. the machines design and weapons really feel much better than Gundam (I love the little knife with chainsaw)
what I like most though are characters..Gundam serie has always been the serious sort with some a-hole character. FMP bypass that for some carefree fun. I love that.
Gundam serie is also kind of notorious about tackling real world issue, and so the storyline is much heavier..too heavy for my likings.

FMP cause it's like Gundam doesn't take into effect the skill of the fighters. FMP is far more realistic.
