I think best manga artwork is Great Teacher Onizuka from Tooru fujisawa
he got unique style of art.I really like the drawing

Whilst maybe not beautiful i certainly thikn that some of Kubo Tite's work is extremely stylish. Since Bleach made it big his run of the mill artwork aint particularly special. However Zombie Powder was amazingly drawn and all the covers for the bleach chapters roxor.

I'd go for Mizuki Kawashita's work with Ichigo 100%... really beatiful

GantZ is computer generated then drawn over so it doesnt really count.
Vagabond I dont like the lips! way too strange, destroys the whole manga I think.
Hellsing, really good.
Deeper Kyo is good too

Mostly CLAMP mangas. Pretty face, Ichigo 100%, and Ruronni Kenshin are well too.

I admire alot of mangaka, but the art in Chobits, Full Moon wo Sagashite and Ichigo 100% leaves me in awe the most.
Although Ichigo and Chobits only really reveal their downright amazing artwork in the glorious colour pictures, Full Moon looks amazing in the manga itself. I could look a page for ages, I cant understand how she manages to draw every strand of hair and the way it just falls over their foreheads is just...beautiful. And their eyes, so full of emotion....and their clothing...good god, where to start on their CLOTHING...
The volume covers for #2 and #4 (or was it 5? The one with Yui posing amongst the strawberries) in Ichigo 100% I particularly love.
I own the Chobits artbook and never tire of looking through it.
